1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SciBayan, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on SciBayan's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on SciBayan's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. SciBayan makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall SciBayan or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SciBayan's website.

5. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on SciBayan's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. SciBayan does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current.

6. Paid Plans and Billing

SciBayan offers a Free plan and paid Plus and Pro plans, described on our Pricing page. A paid plan is a recurring subscription to the SciBayan instructor workspace: it is the only product we sell, and it is billed monthly or annually at the price shown at the time you subscribe. Access is granted to your account as soon as your payment succeeds.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from the billing section of your account. Payments are handled by our third-party payment provider, which may appear as the merchant on your statement; we do not store your card details.

Our AI features require an API key you supply yourself, and your AI provider bills you for that usage directly. Our workshops and public directories are free of charge and are never billed.
